4. Who will send in cleaners and do damage assessments with photos (before/after) for your insurance claim?

We are proud to represent our owners and their tenants before/during and after a Hurricane. Tenants and Owners are updated regularly about an approaching storm. We provide a full hurricane package for all tenants, with tracking maps, emergency shelter locations and information on evacuating.
During Hurricane Ivan of September 2004 we remained on island ready to assists our owners and their tenants, and this is what some had to say:

Our Fees:
1. Flat rate assessed on type of property & location.
2. Additional fee of CI$175 per hour (relating to all matters before/during and after a hurricane), this rate is in addition to the 1. above.
3. All expenses relating to the above billed at cost.
Requirements:
1. Contracted for the duration of the hurricane season which ends Nov 30th.
2. All properties must have hurricane insurance and hurricane shutters installed and in good working condition.
